It is – 21 degrees Celsius.
Where are you?
Have you started all the things you said you were going to do this year?
Have you begun getting fit and healthy?
Have you begun the process of earning more money?
Have you begun releasing your excess weight?
Have you begun creating more content?
Whatever it was you said, have you begun?
It may appear like you have time, but just like last year, a new year will come just as quickly.
Thus, starting and being consistent is a good idea, even if you are doing just a little for now.
As a coach and consultant, one of the reasons my clients trust me is that I practice what I preach.
One of the things I speak about often is walking.
I do not like walking.
However, I have realized it is one of the most effective, low-impact ways to get fit, stay healthy, and come up with creative ideas.
If you look at the people in the blue zones who live extraordinarily long lives, like being over 100 years old, you will realize something common that they have always done and still do – walk.
Thus, even though it was -21 degrees Celsius this morning, I did my walk.
Of course, this exercise was short instead of my regular 5K.
