Mother nature is one element in the world that does not discriminate.

It doesn't matter how much money you have, when a natural disaster strikes, it affects everyone equally.

This is a reminder that financial success is not just about wealth, but also about resilience and your ability to bounce back from unexpected challenges.

For example, Pacific Palisades is an affluent residential neighborhood between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean in California, United States of America (U.S.A.).

According to realtor.com, “In November 2024, the median listing home price … was..." over  $4 million, which was a over 2% increase year-over-year.

The median listing home price per square foot was over $1,000, and the median home sold price was for over $3 million.

Nevertheless, on January 7, 2025, winds exacerbated California wildfires in the Los Angeles area and started a new blaze that forced over 30,000 residents to evacuate.

Thus, we all have our problems; what you do about them determines the outcome.

As a coach and consultant, I realize that how you deal with problems determines the stages in your life.

Remember your goals, such as:

~ Building your dream house

~ Protecting your family

~ Traveling to exotic destinations

~ Being a multimillionaire
